Hot Or Cold?, Taking A Look At Which Weather Condition Is Right For You

TEMPERATURE-- Where we tend to live can be based on a lot of different factors, ranging from where you were originally raised to what is best for your health needs. The weather though seems to be arguably the #1 reason as to why we choose where we do in deciding why a current location is more suitable than others as far as arranging those living accommodations. With that being said, lets take a look at some of the different factors that come into play when taking a look at a few of the different weather conditions one may be considering to move too.

The Dessert-

This category is ranging from the likes of Death Valley or a Texas plain to the valley of Southern California. Now of course each of these locations are a bit difference, but the main point is to point out that they all reach well above 38°C(100°F). Here are some key points to consider when looking to move into such an area:

Dry Wind

A/C Living

Nature Is More Brown In Color Than Green

Lack Of Water

Sweaty People

Inappropriate Clothing(Somethings certain people shouldn't wear)

Usually Lacks In Vast Culture

Rednecks

Droughts

Fires

Usually Lacks Adequate Public Transportation

The Snow/Rain-

Now this category is going to be based on locations such as Illinois, Washington, Oregon and New York. These locations average around 4°C(38°F) though that all depends on the winter and the exact location. In comparison to the above”Dessert” category, I instead used the winter as opposed to the summer to explain the temperature in order to give you an idea of what the “worst” time of year is like, instead of the best.

Cold Wind

Heater Living

Nature Is More Green In Color

Lots Of Clothing/Trends

Usually Is Vast In Culture

Hipsters

Snow/Rain

Snow-Ins

Black Ice

Usually Has Adequate Public Transportation

The Tropics-

This is arguably the most sought after “dream” location, but just like the previous two, it too may have some living arrangements that may make you think twice(doubtful). Locations that this category is based on are like Hawaii and Florida, unfortunately there is not a lot of locations within the states that resemble this. These locations range in the temperature averages during summertime of, 31°C(88°F) respectably.

Extremely Humid

Rainy Summers

Tourist

Tropical Storms

Hurricanes/Volcanoes*

Prices

Extremely Laid Back Lifestyle

Bugs

Although this is only three locations and a broad 3 at that, these are here to give you  broad idea on what to expect during what many would consider that harshest time of the year per location. Of course each place can add and remove some of the items I have listed, but again this is just to get the rain working when it comes to considering a move to an unknown location. Remember, just because Hollywood show it to be a perfect place to live, doesn't mean the other 360 days of the year are just that as well.

*Depending on the location, some may have neither, both or just one of the two per location.
