NBC hit a gold mine when they acquired the hit comedy series, “Friends,” in 1994. The series went on to last for 10 extremely successful seasons until it finally ended in 2004. The series gave life to the comedy of actors, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox and Matthew Perry and while everyone had their favorite friend the entire series was better than anything else on television at that time.

The success of the show has driven fans into bring their favorite friends into their own lives with some of the most popular and best catchphrases ever said on the show. However, there are so many it’s almost impossible to name them all but here are a few that we’re sure you use on a daily basis, at least once a day.

#1. “It’s like a cow’s opinion. It just doesn’t matter. It’s moo.” – Joey trying to explain the importance of an opinion. You know you say that it’s a “moo point,” whenever you think something just doesn’t matter.

#2. “My eyes!” – Phoebe after seeing Chandler and Monica having sex. Admit it you’ve said this a few times when something completely grossed you out. I know I have.

#3. “That’s not even a word!” – When Monica and Rachel were trying to guess Chandler’s job and Rachel said he was a, “transponster.” As humans we have a tendency to make up words and when someone creates a word that makes no sense what so ever you know you’ve yelled this very phrase at them for their stupidity.

#4. “Unagi” – Ross trying to explain his method of complete focus and concentration, which of course we know is something he made up to show how tough he is. Who hasn’t stuck their fingers to their heads and said, “unagi,” after watching that episode?

#5. “Oh, I wish I could but I don’t want to.” – Phoebe telling Monica that she doesn’t want to help her clean her apartment. This is the perfect way to get out of something because it is so blatant that no one will be able to argue with you.

#6. “Joey doesn’t share food!” – Joey trying to explain how important food is to his friends and why his date with Phoebe’s friend went terribly wrong. Come on you know it bothers you when someone reaches over and steals a French fry right off your plate. Now when this happens you can simply tell them, “[FILL IN YOUR NAME] doesn’t share food!”

#7. “Pivot!” – Ross telling Rachel and Chandler to “pivot,” the enormous couch he bought and was trying to carry up the stairs. This has got to be one of the funniest moments in the history of the show. How many times have you tried to carry something with someone else and screamed, “Pivot,” when you realized the object needed to be turned?

#8. “Oh My God!” – She may have been the most annoying character on television but Janis also gave us one of the best and most famous lines. Whenever she saw Chandler or saw something that she found amazing in her nasal tone she would say those three magic words and send audiences roaring with laughter.
